Northwest ENT and Allergy Center participates as an in-network provider with many major health insurance plans. In addition, we provide transparent pricing and billing options for those without insurance. Northwest ENT and Allergy Center imposes a surcharge of 3% on the transaction amount on Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit card products, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. We do not surcharge debit, HSA, FSA, or prepaid cards.
