About Dr. M. Locandro, MD
Dr. Locandro is a founding partner of Northwest ENT and has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2016. A board-certified otolaryngologist, he specializes in nasal and sinus surgery, cosmetic nasal surgery, and advanced ear surgery.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, received his medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and completed his residency at Albany Medical Center. He is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.
About Dr. Shatul L. Parikh, MD, FACS
Dr. Parikh has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2016. He earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia, before completing his residency in otolaryngology at Emory University.
Dr. Parikh provides care for a full range of ENT conditions, including sinus and nasal concerns, as well as thyroid and parathyroid disorders. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology and serves as both a member and lecturer for the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.
About Dr. Avani P. Ingley, MD
Dr. Ingley has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2024. She specializes in pediatric otolaryngology, as well as nasal and sinus surgery, and has experience across a full range of ENT procedures.
She is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Ingley earned her undergraduate degree in microbiology from the University of Georgia before completing medical school and residency at Emory University, where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, a prestigious medical honor society.
About Dr. Bryan Stringham, DO
Dr. Stringham was first recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor in 2025. He is a board-certified fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology with extensive experience across general otolaryngology procedures, as well as cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery.
He completed his undergraduate studies at Boise State University and Idaho State University, earned his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his residency in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery at Northeast Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Stringham is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
